You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second e-mail will contain the tracking number. The total time until you receive your order is split in 2 phases.

The total time of delivery is the sum pf the processing time and the shipping time.

 

Processing Time:

The processing time is the time to prepare your product(s) to ship from our warehouse. This include performing quality checks and packing for shipment. Please note, after receiving your payment, that we usually requiere 1-3 days to process and ship your order. Custom Kits can requiere till 10 days to process due to the fact that each photo has to be customized by one of our artist.

 

Shipping Time:

The shipping times are varying, depending on the destination country. Here's a list with estimated times for certain regions:

United States: 9-14 Days
United Kingdom: 10-15 Days
Austrailia: 10-15 Days
Canada: 20-30 Days
Germany: 10-15 Days

Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays and any public holidays. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by natural desaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our control.

 

Covid-19:

Due to the hard times everybody experiences because of Covid-19 as well as the overwhelming demand for deliveries for the US, Australia, Canada and the EU, delays are not uncommon at this time.
